Chocolate is one of the most popular flavors. For this, you need vanilla or chocolate milk, peanut butter, honey or agave syrup, water, dark chocolate, and coconut flour. To make 4 protein bars you will need:

  • Put 200 g of rolled oats, 80 g of dark chocolate, 20 g of honey or agave syrup, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and about 60 g of buttermilk in a blender,
  • Blend everything with water to a paste-like consistency,
  • Give the protein bars the desired size and put them in the refrigerator to harden.

You can also use oatmeal if you are looking for an additional source of carbohydrates, or use pieces of fruit such as bananas or berries as a substitute for chocolate. It is recommended not to heat whey in the oven, for example, as the protein may change during cooking.
